This is one of my favorite stores in the mall. I bought a pair of Jordan's and Timberlands from there. The workers are very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing.
They make you spend your money .... I wanted a refund on a pair of shoes and there refund policy states you can .. But they tell u something different and customer service dont answer.your forced to buy things you dont want. This is so unfair. Who wants to shop like thatnJimmy jazz has been around a while. But they want get anymore of my money unless I am sure of what I come to purchase. But with this poor experience i will not be back.

Great selection & customer service
Went in there tonight. Poor service, the girl was more interested in playing on her phone. We asked if there was a size 13 in the shoe my son picked out and she said probably not without even checking. This was our first visit to the store.
