The absolute worst place I've ever tried to exchange an item at. The receipt says no refunds and exchanges within 30 days. The shoes were worn for 4 hours b4 it was discovered that the fit wasn't comfortable. Took them back the next day for an exchange for the exact shoe in a size larger and was rudely told that they wouldn't be exchanged bcz they were worn.The receipt gives the impression that you have 30 days to do an exchange, we had the shoes for less than 24 hours. I'm glad I didn't spend my money on those shoes. I don't shop at DTLR and the experience I had for an exchange explains why I will never shop there. I don't support those types of businesses and this is the reason why.
They the best I only shop there and finish line
They have a great selection of shoes that you can't find at champs, footlocker, or any other shoe store in the mall. They have all the latest urban clothing at good prices. They always have a good sale.
Employees were rude they didn’t greet you when you walked in the door I spoke to the Assistant Manager and she turned her head like she didn’t hear me so I let one of the employees know to tell her how rude she was and that I wouldn’t ever buy anything in that store period. Customer service is horrible.
Good service but music was to loud.
