I guess the news about the pandemic hasn't hit yet

I have been shopping with Guess at this Location for years now 7+. And absolutely love it! The staff and managers all were helpful, cheerful, and always willing to help. I could tell you the Mangers and staff be name. Darcy, Erin, Blair, Jennifer, Kelly, Andrew, Lee just to name a few. I have never felt the need to contact customer service or write a negative review for an location or store in my life. But I have been to this store one of my favorites in the Charleston Outlet five to seven times within the last couples of months. AND I MUST SAY I DON'T KNOW WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE! (excuse my language)! But everything about this location has gone down hill. 2-3 of the staff are very familiar and the kind. I have seen a increase in Hispanic staff who seems to always have a nasty or nonchalant attitude they seem to only focus on their kind. no offense. sorry not sorry! Its a African American female that i see a lot on my morning trips She seem to be pregnant. But i don't want to ask and she is not. Her attitude is straight from hell she is very rude and she just doesn't care what comes out of her mouth! Its is the only store i know that changes their return policy on sight. VERY QUESTIONABLE I MUST SAY! The NEW Manger Bobbie i believe is very CUNNING! and one top of that nasty rude in what she calls nice way i would say. I ask her for customer service number and she said google she was busy and walked off to smoke outside. BUSY doing what i flicking buds on the ground when its a trash can 10 steps away. I called in and ask to speak to the manger he was no friendlier either. And said policy is policy with the side smirk but i have read the return policy time after time. They profile all the African American customers and its sad because not all of us are like that. I own three different business i am sure i can afford anything at an outlet store! The Guy Josh seems to be a bit racist. I Love Guess so much i would hate for this to be the end of the journey for me but i can see it very close. If it wasn't for the Pretty African American Lady the tall on I think i wouldn't ever shop this location again. She is always so kind to me and my daughter when we come in she asks about my other kids and even recommended be to local business. This store needs a whole new team. or a lot more training in the customer service field. I've seen the change myself.

I'm always pleased coming into guess. The service is superb. I'm in love with my spring bag.

The store was clean and organized. Great customer service.
