Horrible customer service. They had associates all over, yet only had 1 person working the registers. I waited in line for a good 15 minutes while 2 other associates watched on saying they couldn’t help unless there were a certain number of customers in line. Are you kidding me!? This is how this corporation trains their employees!??nRidiculous

Shoe Carnival on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to go to shop for shoes as they have a really good selection and value on their shoes. I usually find more than one pair that I like here on each visit. The staff here is very helpful when you need them and they make sure that you find what you are looking for. Overall this is a good place for shoes.
