Pet Supplies Plus Summerville

Pet Supplies Plus Summerville on Dorchester Road in Summerville is one of my favorite places to go for all things pet products. I really like their selection and the quality of items that they have available and have always been able to find exactly what I was looking for at a good value. The location is very convenient and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I purchased an extra large cat litter box. When I got home I realized I needed the one size smaller. I returned within a half hour. I got the size I needed and told the manager would make the exchange. I stood and waited over 10 minutes. The cashier's were apologetic for my length of wait. Other than the long wait I find the personnel to be friendly and helpful.

I needed some help with what I wanted to purchase for food for my dog so I asked a clerk for some help. She was helpful in making my decision. I was looking for something that wasn't loaded with lots of chemicals. She was ready to help. Thanks.

This is my favorite pet store to shop because the staff are welcoming & the store is well organized & clean. In addition, the staff are really nice on the phone when I call to check if they have a product in store; they’ll hold items for me. A couple of weeks ago I bought fish from there. They wiped out my whole tank with fun rot. I decided to give y’all another chance. All dead again. You couldn’t pay me to buy fish from you again!
