Have been a customer for a long time, and get phones from online sellers and usually activate them on the phone with US Cellular. Thought I would visit the store to get it done since I was adding lines and a new plan. Lady was very helpful when I called ahead. I waited 20 mins to see her so she could get the commission. But then she told me she couldn't activate the phones, they were the wrong kind, you might have to return them, blah blah. We know what kind of phones to get. I left mad, and we were able to activate them on the phone with US Celluar. This is why I don't go to the stores!!!

I have always gotten great service from the local us cellular store and every employee I have talked to about any of the phones my family has. U.S. cellular bent over backwards to help us.
