Don't ever buy children's boots from here. On my daughters 4th time wearing them, she walked in the snow and now her boots are dried and permanently stained. I've owned multiple pairs and never had that issue. I called to ask for a return or exchange and the manager said no. She stated that children's boots can NOT get wet like adults can because they are not made with the same material (which was not mentioned anywhere on the tag or box). I then asked to exchange them for a higher quality boot that CAN get wet (as outside use is why I bought them to begin with) and that I would pay the difference in price. She said nothing that has been worn (even once) can be returned or exchanged even if it is damaged. So now my daughter has useless, ruined boots she doesn't want to wear other then in the mud, and Cavnders has a bad review.
The gals ordered what we needed for us . They were very nice and helpful.
