I'm a beginner when it comes to bikes and what I need repaired. The whole staff are extremely helpful, and Mr Ron's knowledge and skills are even more so when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. The bikes and parts are fairly priced and I'm nothing but happy with my bike and parts I've purchased at Hoopes hardware. I will definitely continue to give my local Hoopes my business.

It's really great there customer service is 4/5 the lady there is very sweet and helpful. It's pretty clean there, and they do have (some)stuff you need for roller/board skating

Rude and disrespectful employee. Terrible ups drop. Would never shop here until there employees learn how to treat people better.

Took our daughter’s bike in for brake repair. He got to it right away and had it fixed in no time. It needed more done than we thought but he charged a very fair price. His passion for bikes is very apparent and we appreciate his work. Also, getting love from their cute pooch Conan is a big plus!
