Do NOT bring anything of value to this business. I brought her a dress about a year ago, and have called, left voicemails, and dropped by over 10x with no response. I finally got ahold of her today and she just said she couldn’t find it and she didn’t know what I wanted her to do. Not even an apology.
Horrible Experience! Terrible Customer service, Terrible Work. Basically paid for nothing, because I had to take my items to a different tailor shop and have everything undone that Needle and Thread worked on and redone correctly, after waiting for four Weeks for shotty work.
