I recently moved from Long Beach Ca to Talequah Ok. And visited this store, being a long customer of. AT&T my husband and I were due for an upgrade We were greeted by Michael and he did not disappoint, he was patient ( we're older) so our skill sets have a lot to be desired but this man was so polite, courteous and very knowledgeable helpful something California needs to learn from Michael another quality needed in sales is belief in what your selling and as far as I am concerned Michel is top notch.

Employee was very timely and friendly providing answers to all customers coming through the door with wait and time. She was very knowledgeable on all equipment that I wanted to purchase. And gave me quick easy tips to help me navigate my phone easier. This employee is a great example for how customer service should be. Furthermore, she was understaff with a couple of cranky customers and she handled all of it gracefully, professionally, and timely.
