Raleigh VA Clinic

Fantastic clinic. 100 times better than the past four private doctors/clinics I've been to over the past 15 years. My NP (Ms. S) is the best, most knowledgeable and most caring doctor/medical professional I have ever had in my life.

Facility is ok and staff are nice but my bad experiences are more with the scheduling of appointments. In my case it's either the doctor is out on vacation or school or you can't get a appointment for three weeks. That's just too long. Yes you can always go to hospital in Durham but that's not convenient or close. They need more personnel for quicker schedule times.

I've been with the sungste clinic about 3 years. Always professional and very patient friendly.nHighly recommend.

Great VA facility. If my appointment is at 8, they are ready for me at 8. Good, caring, considerate staff.

Their patient care sucks there has been times I’ve needed documents and have gotten there 5 mins before 430 they will close the door and look the other way.
