I will NEVER take my child here again! He was 2 at the time and had some flower pieces and bark in his ear. The Doctor used the tool to get the pieces out and he was SCREAMING! She kept doing it and doing it as he shook. She looked so irritated and annoyed. When we got home I looked in his ears and both ear drums BLOODY! Shame on her she could have damaged his ears for good. She obviously had no clue what she was doing! Our new PED said they stop if they child is upset. I’m so beyond mad about this still.

My oldest will be 20 on Halloween day..We have been with this one practice since he was 1.5 years old. We started in Raleigh, then when Knightdale opened up we started going there.nnMy family and I LOVE this practice. Everything my children need they are right on top of it. The only wait time is getting your records, as there is a process to receive that.nnWe LOVE em all but I love Kubicki as he was the first Dr I met at this practice. He encouraged me to go back to school for nursing!!! I took heed and am now a Medial Assistant working around the corner from the first office we visited!!

I’ve mainly gone to the Knightdale office except for sick visits to Raleigh on the weekends. So, my review is mostly for the Knightdale office. Dr. Kubicki is very nice, but the scheduling/working with the office staff isn’t a fun experience. You don’t call without being put on hold for an extended period of time. They seem understaffed at the front. My last call, I had to ask the same question multiple times without a straight answer back. I am told “I don’t know” from the front desk a lot. The doctors and nursing staff are good, but I’m changing because of the front desk. Also, be aware that you have to go up flights of stairs/use elevator which is inconvenient if you have other kids; you can’t park close to the front.

The staff is nice and the nurses call back pretty quickly. But there are always long wait times to see the doctor. Always. There are also long wait times on the phone. Every. Single. Time. I haven’t ever been on hold for LESS than 20 minutes before. 20 minutes! Every time. I’m a first time mom and have lots of questions, and every time I call I’m on hold. Honestly if they were not 5 minutes from where I live I would probably have gone to a new doc months ago.

The office staff is short with patients and slow. The act as if they are doing the customer a favour by being here to over charge us. On this visit we arrived 15 min. Early, waited an additional 15 past the appointment time and then set in a room for an additional 30 min. Waiting on the Dr. I can say this is the normal experience here. Quality of the care is good from a technical stand point. The PA was really friendly and did a great job. She really was a whole different experience.
