Get a quote in writing! I was quoted $2,800 for a outpatient surgery. Simple procedure at that. I had to pay upfront. A week later they bill me another $2,600. I an self pay and my doctor said everything went well and no complications.nnThey are a scam and will take advantage of you. I would not recommend Randolph hospital!

I recently spent a day and a half there. I had the best nurses ever. Everyone I encountered there were great. My nurses in the nuclear medicine department made me feel so at ease. All of my nurses lab techs were so nice. They made my stay as easy as possible. Under the covid conditions they were still doing a great job. All precautions were being taken. My food was very good

Candace in the lab is PHENOMENAL! My special needs son is terrified of having blood drawn but she always goes above and beyond explaining everything to him and making him comfortable. We are so grateful for the kindness and patience that she shows him.

It depends on the Dr on staff. One Dr and the amazing nursing team and respiratory therapist, saved me from going into full on anaphylactic shock. After a car accident, thought my arm was broken, so got X-rays both the Dr and nurse were awful. The point of being incompetent. As soon as I found out that my arm is not broken. I got up and left. I was not going to stay there any longer. It totally depends, who’s on shift..... Good Luck!

I had a positive experience visiting the emergency department and then emergency surgery. I have not always heard good things about this facility, however, things change. I would recommend using them. Keep it up Randolph Health!!
