The front staff are very Caring and Amazing!!nDr. John Diamond has been a life saver for my Grandson. I don't know what I would ever do without his help. He has Great bedside manner, he truly cares, and is Absolutely Amazing!! I have never had problems with communication and medication refills for my Grandson. If I have any concerns Dr. Diamond's response is pretty darn close to immediately.nI am very please with my Grandson's care.nI personally want to Thank the Staff and Dr. Diamond for the Amazing job they do.. Y'all truly Love what you do and it shows.. :-)

Doctors seem to suffer from a god complex and do not seem to comprehend that each patient is different. I suffer from essential tremors and the meds that they placed me on have accelerated the degenerative condition that comes with these tremors!! They have just about ruined my ability to take care of myself!! They need to be SHUT DOWN!!

I had no problems with my counselor. However trying to get medication management here is a nightmare. I loved my original doctor and always saw her. Then some reason over a year ago they started always telling me she was booked and made me see a different psychiatrist every time I came in. It was less and less helpful because I’d have to start all over again every time I come in. It’s been a struggle to even keep an appointment. I’ve been trying to get in for a refill for 6 months. Half the time they call and say the doctor will be out and I have to reschedule in 2-3 months. I liked them at first but it’s gone downhill over the years.

I have run out of medication 2 times for longer than a day because these people will not refill them on time. I called once every 2 hours for 2 days to get my refill. I am now going through the same thing again.

The doctors and nurses are great and caring but the front desk staff need training how to be polite,compassionate even a nice business like answer would be better than just they don’t care and they get A+++++++ in being short with you and down right RUDE! You usually can’t get a word in edgewise before they hang up! So if you are a front desk person this is a heads up... But remember the doctors and care from them and the nurses are above and beyond excellent care. DS
