The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. The store is beautiful. They recommended a new food for my dog and he loves it. This is my second time coming to the store. For now on, this is my store. Thank you so much ud83dude0a

Wow. This store is incredible. Haleigh and her staff are super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and really care. Every time I come in they remember me and Lucy (our puppy border collie), they remember what she likes, and they have helped us find new things she now loves. For example, I wanted to buy a 22lbs bag of Stella and Chewy's Raw Coated Kibble. But when we found out they didn't have it, Haleigh pointed me to a different (equal quality if not better) brand and Lucy is loving it!nnHaleigh goes way above and beyond with her efforts and it really shows. I actually thought she was an owner at one point because of how much she cares. The pricing is incredibly competitive (best anywhere not just in town but outside of town) and if it's not Haleigh is quick to make sure you have no reason to go anywhere else because Hollywoodfeed will price match. We will be shopping here exclusively from here on out. And that's after exploring many other great stores with friendly staff. This one just really shines among the others.nnAlso, the homemade treats they sell are not only affordable, but a big hit with Lucy!nnThank you Haleigh and everyone else who makes going to this store something to look forward to!! Lucy, Rachael and I can't wait to visit again and again.

First time visiting the store and I was very pleased with the service. The store clerk was very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips on caring for my pup.

Simply Outstanding!!nI'm not a big reviewer, but Hollywood Feed in Chapel Hill, NC deserves one. We are new pet owners, so we have alot of questions. We've been to the store several times and their employees have been wonderful; very helpful and exceptionally patient. They not only helped us with their products, but also in finding info on groomers, trainers, and vets.nnAnd just a few moments ago I received part of our online order that I meant to have shipped instead of delivered. After using the online chat, we deduced it went to the wrong house. Within maybe an hour, she brought it over and had included a toy for our furbaby. HF in Chapel Hill has definitely earned a family of loyal customers.

This new pet store is AWESOME!! I went on the first day they opened and they were all so nice, friendly, and welcoming. I got to meet Moose the dog and he was so well-behaved and beautiful! In my opinion, there can never be too many pet stores, and Hollywood Feed is an incredible addition to our area. So glad to have y’all here and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again :)
