Terrible exchange policies. I bought 4 pair of boots online for my 5 year old. Unfortunately 3 of them were one size too small. As a first time shopper I didn't realize that I would be responsible for covering all shipping charges for returns/exchanges. It cost me $39 to ship back all 3 boots. I called to find out if the store would be willing to assist with any portion of the shipping costs, or if a BOGO could be applied when sending the 3 replacement boots, or even honor the $10 that I didn't get, if I had submitted my email upon purchasing online, etc. I was told NO to covering any of the shipping costs, NO to offering me a BOGO and NO again to the $10. No willingness to assist at all to try to help me this time, as I learned about their shipping policies. Further, I requested if they would set aside the sizes that I needed, while the package was in transit to ensure that I at least got the sizes (3 days even), since I paid so much for the shipment and got a big NO to that too. Given all the cost and trouble I have gone to try to get the boots that I want for my daughter, any break would have been much appreciated. Shoe Sensation needs to work on customer service, if they want first time shoppers to return. I don't think I'll be shopping here again.
My husband got a nice pair of Sketchers shoes there, they were exactly what he wanted and needed!
