St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital

Every visit was well appreciated never has any problems when it comes to my childs health they take hood care of him

I cannot thank Dr.Bell and her team enough for seeing Ella and putting our minds at ease. Our family greatly appreciates each and every one of you for all that you do.

Absolutely awful experience the first nurse and doctor who came in to see my daughter were very nice but my daughter was there for an infusion that they scheduled. Then after we were waiting in the exam room another nurse who was rude told us the infusion side was closed for today. My daughter who never feels good during her treatment had to sit in a chair in the exam room to get infusion. Very uncomfortable and cold and all because they send nurses home to save money. So my question is why did you schedule her at this time or day? When a kid comes to your facility for treatment they don't feel good to begin with but let's just make them more uncomfortable with a rude attitude and cold exam chair. You honestly should be ashamed.

I do not understand the low reviews for the St. Jude Clinic in Charlotte.nnOur daughter has been a patient there for over eight years. We’re there every month for treatment and have only ever experienced wonderful, loving, caring, thoughtful attention and care.nnEvery doctor, PA, nurse, and office staff member do evening to make these kids feel better.nnOur daughter would not be where she is without St Jude Clinic of Charlotte. Thank you for all you do!

So disappointed in the Charlotte location. I contacted them bc I’m putting on a Leukemia walk and I contacted them in July bc I wanted to do a video commercial to advertise in our church. The lady stated yes I will see if a staff could come to be apart she advised me to call the back in July the week I wanted the video done. Called her Wednesday of that week she stated I’m busy right now but I will call you back in an hour. Well the walk is this Saturday and never received a call, NO STAFF SHOWED UP!!! I’m so disappointed here I am raising money to give to them. If if wasn’t for these sick children I would donate it to something else!!
