My child sees several different specialties and is well cared for by all. Sanger heart is excellent and our favorite provider there.

Waited an hour to see the pediatric gastro doc. The only reason he finally came is bc after an hour of waiting I went to the desk to say we were leaving. Won’t be coming back.

Our daughter nearly drowned in a pool this past summer. She survived because of the well trained pediatric emergency physicians at Levine's Children's Hospital. We're so grateful for the care we received at this hospital. That whole night feels like such a blur to us. We remember seeing a team spring into action and be completely focused on our daughter. Through it all, a staff member stood with us and explained what was happening and why. We felt safe. We knew our daughter was in the best possible place.

This is the only emergency where I will take my child. We have been to other ED's in the system. These doctors spend time listening to our family. They respect our concerns about our daughter and partner with us to make sure she gets the best care. They read the records and take the time to know my daughter's history and understand our neurologist's recommendations. We have had three great experiences at this ED. We are so grateful to have the Levine Children's ED in our community.

Horrible! 6hrs for nothing... literally. Waited 4hrs in the waiting room and there were only two people there when we arrived then waited 2hrs in the room for them to say we can’t do what your child’s pediatrician set him here for...... this place needs a overhaul like ASAP! Don’t waste your time, I wish I would’ve went with my first intuition (other ER) The one star can go to the front desk lady, nurse and PA they were nice.
