I got the spicy western burger.nTHIS IS RIDICULOUS BURNT FOOD AND DRY. I GUESS THEY DON'T NEED THE BUSINESS.

It was food. The food we ordered was cold. The only great thing about my experience was the cashier was excellent at being hospitable.

Very disappointed in Hardee's today. Was the ONLY customer in drive thru and inside was completely empty. After placing order was asked to pull up and wait. Waited over 10 min. Ordered chicken club, hot ham and cheese, fries, and milkshake. $17. No staff wore masks or gloves. Unfriendly. Never apologized for wait. Fries tasted of very old grease as did the chicken club. The ham and cheese tasted of chemicals, grease, and the ham tasted old and freezer burned. The milkshake was the consistency of milky water. All completely inedible...threw all away. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HARDEE'S. Horrible experience all the way around. Shameful.
