Always really good food and workers are nice! Long wait usually in line but that is because there are so many people who want Popeyes! They usually get everyone in and out as quickly as they can though.

3rd time doing mobile pickup. They never have it ready when I get there. Even if I arrive 10mins later than the posted time for pickup. They always forget stuff for my order even though its just a few items. Not worth the headache.

The food is good but every time I go to this place they always forget something on my order. And it takes literally an hour or two or longer to wait in line. But the food is very good. The service isn't really the greatest and it can be improved. But the food is really good and is warm. I appreciate that. I love Popeyes. Me being from Louisiana originally I definitely do. I love the red beans and rice and spicy chicken nuggets and the shrimp bites. But definitely I feel like some people should work on being nicer to all of the customers. And just maybe working a little bit faster to where people don't have to wait at least 2 hours and I did wait in line and then when I got my order it wasn't even right and we couldn't either inside because covid-19. So basically I had to leave was not even my whole order and I waited two hours in line... No good! Come on Popeye step it up! Your food is good!

Sitting in the drive thru at popeyes and so anyone in Philly knows what this car line is like at lunch time anyday. But anyway, I get to the speaker to order and this chic is gonna try and rush me like I'm the one holding up the line. Unfortunately because of this line, I rarely come to popeye's but now I won't be coming back here for a while because of the treatment. Maybe since I have to wait so long before I order you could put the menu board where I can see it prior to reaching the speaker. That's how KFC does it. Just a thought.
