The food is solid all around, you can hardly go wrong with anything. Getting timely service is sometimes an issue. If they're busy, you might sit there for 15 min before anyone even stops by your table.
10pm, only two other people in the place. Seated quickly, but no one came to take order. Gave up and left.
The food is fantastic, but the customer service needs improvement for sure. The food is a 5 and the customer service is a 3. They were unorganized on who would serve me and finally one of the waitresses came over and took my order even though I don't think I was her area.
Seated quickly but service is soooo slow. It should never take 20 minutes to get drink orders . Where is our waitress? Seriously, I’m asking .
The food was good; however, the service from Tikesha was horrible! We received our food after our party had already left. Left. The managers were not any help. If you don’t have a ton of time to wait, please go somewhere else. Service from our waitress, Tikesha, was horrible! We dined on Jan. 3, 2021.
