Jackson County Rubbish Landfill

Very well kept. Constantly improving things. For homeowner use only. No contractor dumping allowed. Just bring your driver's license to verify Jackson County address if your car tag is out of state (i.e. military) and MS is not your home of record.

They are really rude.. like at first I didn’t know that it was just for home owners .. they told me to leave the property now!!!! I turned around very disappointed

It said open from 7am- 4:30am and still they send me away. That it close at 12pm. Might as well not open at all. Change the time online so people don’t get confused.

Employees could be friendlier. And without attitude. I'd rather pay to dump my trash where the employees help you than where its free and they are rude.

Leadership Fail! They listed closure on July 4, but made no announcement of closure the 5th AND 6th. The web site actually listed it as open. Both days I went to the dump and many other people were outside the gates looking equally chagrined. This substantially altered my 4th of July weekend plans since I could not use my truck which was full of garbage.
