Its okay, have had really good meals here and some really average ones. Generally service is pretty good, but if using your points from the app its nearly impossible. Most of the servers I deal with rarely know how to apply the points from the buffalo wild wings app. Since the pandemic its actually quicker and easier to order your food online and have it delivered rather than trying to dine in. Seems like even the food quality is better from grub hub vs dining in however I must say the guy that works the behind the bar generally is their best employee and who id much rather have waiting on me that anyone else at the place.
I don’t know if I’ve ever eaten at this Buffalo Wild Wings and left happy- today was a first as I didn’t even get as far as the food without its poor service being clear to me. After 10 minutes of waiting without any sort of contact from a server, we up & left.nnI’m curious to know if poor serving skills & a minimum 5 minute wait time is necessary when training your servers.
Despite a nearly empty dining area and bar it took forever to get my wings! The server was a great communicator, and she did her best but he kitchen staff let her down.nnI went in for a hot meal and ended up eating cold wings in a motel room!
I absolutely love it waitresses were very nice.
There service is good. Have gone there once or twice were it wasn't great but the food is always good. I suggest the Dirty Dubs Tots as an app or a meal it is plenty of food!
