Fast friendly service. Love the dollar shrimp deal they have right now
Food ordered and there to pickup well before 9pm(curbside) and paid for via Applepay. Order was not correct ( didn’t receive all of the order). Call back on the inside 3 times. The first 2 times “ I’ll be right out” after sitting there I call back inside and I’m told my order can’t be brought out because it’s after 9pm. I sat there and clearly watched the employee serve 3 other vehicles from 9:38-9:54pm. IM DONEud83dude21
Our waitress Angela was going slow and it took 3 hours for our chicken Alfredo to be cooked. We didn’t even get our breadsticks that game with the Alfredo and she took forever for a brownie bite to be cooked
Our waitress was Kaelyn. Exceptional service, sweet and friendly with good knowledge of the menu. Food was delivered to table in a very good time frame and was very flavorful.
Decided to order Applebee's to go on Christmas Eve and it did not go well at all. First of all, my order got mixed up. The ticket attached to the bag was correct but all the wrong food inside. There was an apology for the mix up, and the server said she'd have the kitchen put a rush on remaking my order. The rush turned into nearly an hour. It wasn't sizzling hot like I expected when I got it but at least it appeared to be the correct order this time. I got home and cut into a steak that was ordered well done, and it was red inside, nowhere near well done or even medium well!
