The young lady who took our order,was fantastic, but the manager needs an updated course on customer service, he was told we asked for large to go cups of water, he brought back the ones he wanted us to have, he was so bold to mention that we would have to pay for the larger cups, as if that would have been a problem. We have been at the hospital all day eating so paying the price for something we needed, and wanted was the least of our concerns, that way we could have received what we asked for LARGE CUPS OF WATER? Besides if we wouldn't have been waiting for the water, the manager brought the order up incomplete, someone had forgot our fries, never have I received 3 riblets in an order, the four cheese mac with honey chicken tenders tasted 7 days old, or just reheated several times, did they downsize the portions? I'm not a happy camper, I should have just got a refund, because I feel I didn't get my money's worth. Poor customer service from a manager also left a bad taste in my mouth.
Great
Food is always good here. But the staff is ghetto!! Lolbsfs.. Catch the waitresses beefing when picking my food up. But it was hot and good. Good ole 2/$20 action . But they are seating in for dining.
I ordered boneless wings with Asian sauce to go and noticed a piece of long blonde hair on my boneless wing. I was beyond disappointed and even more disappointed after speaking with the unprofessional manager. She basically denied having any employees with that type of hair color and told me she would speak with the kitchen. I would've appreciated more of an apology and better accommodations instead of being called a liar basically.... This location needs BETTER training
If I could take away stars I would. Gave us a two hour wait before seating despite having countless open tables. Then proceeded to seat larger groups in front of us who did not have reservations. Lazy staff hardly did their job and wouldn’t give us the time of day despite showing up 3 hours before closing. I don’t even want to know the quality of the food considering the quality of the service
