Crafted is definitely my favorite restaurant in the city. The food is always absolutely amazing and the staff are all very friendly. Rachel is absolutely the best! They also always have the best music playing, which really just sets the mood. The drink menu is amazing (try a pressed cocktail you won’t regret it). I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’ve never been, it’s definitely worth taking a visit. I definitely recommend trying the new Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It’s soooooo good

Some of the worst service I have had in a long long long time. Our waitress was the lady with the drawn on eyebrows and was super slow to take our order and get our drinks. Took 10 minutes to get a tea and two waters. After we got our drinks, we placed our order and didn't see our waitress for the rest of the visit. No drink refills at all. My sandwich was decent but the potatoes were extremely dry and must have been sitting there awhile. Trying to just get the check was ridiculous. The waitress stood at one table for a span of 5 minutes without checking on any of the other tables. We saw two other tables sit for around 10 minutes both get up and leave due to the poor service. Do not recommend going to this place. -edited to fix some spelling errors.

My boyfriend and I had brunch here, our server was Katy and she was awesome! She was attentive and gave us a little bit of conversation which made me a bit more comfortable. Awesome place, great environment! Highly recommend.

I'm an out of Towner that stopped in. Highly recommend. Don't pass this place up. Everyone I met was super nice and fun. Hoping to come by again soon
