Michael was extremely helpful and I got a great pair of shoes. All contact was safe with masks and social distancing. They even have a sign-in at the door if all the sales associates are helping other customers. So glad I can continue to give my business to my neighborhood running shoe store. Shop local and be safe!
worst company to work for. managers are the worst i’ve ever worked with. they only care about themselves and revenue. btw, half of y’all who buy inserts don’t even need them. we were required to bring them up. stop wasting your money.
Even during the busy outdoor tent sale they were eager and happy to help me find what I was looking for, and to provide suggestions per my running needs. Great friendly shop! Lots of easy on street parking in a great area.

I’ve never done the custom inserts thing and Michael Bains was so knowledgeably, friendly, and helpful I knew right away I had made a great choice in walking into Big River Running. Michael analyzed what was happening with me feet, communicated that with me and guided me towards some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever tried on. And now I have 2 pairs.
