The staff measured my son's feet and we managed to find him shoes. Staff was great, very helpful and patient. Love my son's new footwear. It was not very crowded and staff wore masks. I really enjoyed how wonderful and patient all the staff was with my son; he's shy.
Difficult to ask a sales associate for help when they aren't wearing something that I can identify them. I couldn't even go off the face of the person who welcomed me into the store since everyone is wearing masks.nI wanted to see if they had a particular show in my size and just had to wait to see who walks behind the register and then wait for them to take care of a customer so I could ask a question. (The other 2 employees that walked behind the counter were too busy having a conversation to help)
Super nice staff! Always willing to help and go look for shoes.
