Pleased with customer service. Store was clean, especially in the aquarium department. Tanks were maintained, no algae, dead vegetation or fish, small store, yet they had several employees willing to work with any needs or questions.

Great people and their willing to help you with your pets and give advice that you need to keep you pets happy and well maintained!

They are very knowledgeable on a variety of different pets. I had many questions on how to care for my bearded dragon and it just so happened that the employee we found to talk to, has a few of her own. She was friendly and very helpful.

I was very satisfied with the service I got, however there was a lot of items that I didn't see for my Chameleon that made me disappointed. While I do shop at Petco quite a bit, I more so frequent Upco because your prices are so ridiculously high on things that are much more reasonable at other pet retailers.
