Wonderful staff
I had to run n this store for a last minute gift n was helped even when the doors were closed . Very cool employees, always trying to help or answer questions. Haven't been alot but the times I did go b4 this time , it was the same outcome. Cool store.
We were greeted when we entered the store and we were told about the current deals. Going back this week to grab some jeans for the buy one get one free deal!
I buy tons of their clothes online, so I frequently have returns and exchanges I bring in here. They are ALWAYS incredibly accommodating, even when I have removed tags and just need a better fit/different size. I came in with a brand new sweater that had started to unravel at the seams and no questions asked I was told I could look in the store for something of comparable value or they could order a new one of the same sweater and have it sent to my house. It's stuff like this beyond quality products that has kept me coming back for the last 7 or 8 years.
Not all the associates are trained the same and it's obvious based on how I was served today. Two different experiences but they definitely wasted my time on a very simple matter. Please do better.
