Hunni let me tell you about my experience at the DSW Columbia MD location. The most patient, thoughtful and accommodating young lady by the name of Kellyann made my day.....no my week.....no she made up for all the bad customer service experiences I’ve ever had.nnI had to return an online order to the store. I forgot to tell Kellyann that the card I used to make the purchase was no longer in my possession before she processed the return. She called a manager over to see if my situation could be fixed in my favor. Of course the manager was dry and lacked enthusiasm, he told me the financial institute would just mail me a check. Well it’s March 2021 and the mail service seems to be getting worse as the day’s go by, I would be waiting upwards to 8 weeks for the check.nnI was very disappointed. I unfortunately would have to wait on reordering the right size of the shoes-I was depending on the money from the return to order the replacement pair. Well Miss Kellyann saw how upset I was. She looked more deeply into the shoes and told me the size I needed was selling out fast. She told me she really wanted me to have the shoes and asked me if she applied a coupon to my total would that help my purchase easier and more manageable. I instantly melted in her hands. For her to pick up on my disappointment and go out her way to make sure I was able to order the size I needed......PRICELESS on so may levels. Thanks a million Kellyann, you’re one in a thousand and greatly appreciated.

Ordered online and picked up in store. The store is well-kept, and the associates are wonderful. I was very pleased with the kind and quick service at this location. Will return!

Madison, the manager on Sundays was rude to me, wouldn't let me use the restroom. Also refused to price match amazon. Why pay $20 more for shoes and bad customer experience?

Stopped by there tonight and Kelly Ann was a total sweetheart! Best experience I have had in all my years shopping here. Thank you Kelly Ann!

Went here yesterday to return shoes that were bought online. Process was very smooth. Large selection and the cashier and other employees were very nice and knowledgeable.
