My experience today was awesome. The Columbia location was neat and well lit. The sales assistant was courteous, respectful and attentive. Their selection of clothing and accessories was unique. Overall, I felt valued as a customer and as a person. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that invests in their employees.

Nice, friendly atmosphere. Staff is professional, not pushy or helicopter hovering. Nice selection of casual clothing, including professional casual. A little pricey. I wished they had a wider variety of bottoms. Located inside, top level of Columbia Mall. Highly recommended you check them out.
I often shop in the Annapolis mall location or via their catalog. I've been to the Columbia Mall location twice recently, and the service here is exemplary. Friendly, helpful, and fast. Columbia is going to my first choice from now on!
OMG love that store! it smells so delicious in there! they have a nice make up selection and really great essential oils. The service is also top of the notch!
