Pleasant and not too big. I was able to get in and out. Be mindful of small items that have a higher price tag due to COVID-19.

Over the last two years, the customer service has been worse and worse each time I’ve come to this Giant. I’ve had a cashier drop my fresh produce on the ground and bruise it without even an apology or acknowledgement. I understand accidents happen, but a simple “I’m sorry” would have gone a long way. There have been countless times that my family has ordered groceries for pickup and they say they don’t have things in stock, but when I go into the store it’s sitting right on the shelf. Once, every single item from the dairy aisle was marked out of stock, and when I went into the store most of the items were there. It was clear they just skipped that aisle all together. Today, the person assisting in the self checkout area got upset that they had to help me, and blatantly ignored me while I was speaking directly to their face. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the selection is usually good and they tend to have most things in stock.

I shop here often. They also have what I am looking for in stock. The store has a Redbox machine.
