Super pushy,big white guy with a goatee was extremely obnoxious. Every time I stepped away he was trying to talk my daughter into a different shoe. Got to the point I had to tell him to walk away. We got the shoes she wanted. But won’t be back if we spot him working.

Waited to see how long I'd have to wait for assistance. Everyone was on their phone acting as if they'd rather be off that day. I had to approach them and ask for service. We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of Uggs and now the sales person wanted it as her sale ud83dude12. Never again will i return.
