This practice is amazing! I had a horrible experience with a prior OBGYN, ultimately requiring emergency surgery to stop a massive hemorrhage. Because of the prior surgery, I was already considered high risk when we found out I was expecting twins, which in and of itself is a high risk pregnancy. Everyone was confident and reassuring and I ultimately made it to my induction date, with neither baby requiring NICU time. Dr. Rojas did the delivery via unplanned C-section and put me at ease immediately, but truly all the providers are wonderful. Can't recommend highly enough!

My experience at OB GYN office has been bittersweet. While there are some knowledgable doctors such as Dr Rojas, Dr Kwong and Dr Choubey, I find rest of the doctors to be neither knowledgable nor passionate about their work. After waiting for 20 minutes, you will have less than 5 mins with them (for real) during which they simply follow a checklist of questions/tasks. Half the time they are not truly present, forget important things, never interested in educating patients nor communicating need to know information. That last part, lack of communication, left a very sour experience for me as I learned some of my key medical information during 8th month during hospital stay which I should have known long back.nnOh and front desk hardly ever answers phone. Nurse line is same. The only way to get any one on phone is during after hours on the line for on-call doctor. So be aware.

Honestly there are way better practices that care more about your experience and less about making money.

They take too long to answer the phone I called two different days and still nothing. Other then that the doctors are good at what they do but the lady’s at the front take long to do everything.

It is one of the worst hospitals on earth to deliver your baby. They will threaten you if you chose against medical advice. They engage in discriminatory activities, lies and coverups. Basically they violate every patient federal rights. If you still want to go there make sure to hire a good lawyer first. My cousin is going thru hell w them.
