I do not recommend Dr Howard at the Wilmer Clinic Columbia branch. He spent about 10 minutes examining me (said I was fine), had failed to read and digest the notes about my history, and ushered me out without discussing what problems brought me to the Wilmer Eye Clinic. As he was practically pushing me out the door, I asked him why I had had double vision and colors circling my eyes, he responded “I don’t know. I wasn’t there.” I feel disregarded and disrespected. So disappointed that a renowned Johns Hopkins Institution hired hacks. Will never fo back to Wilmer Eye Clinic.

I've been seeing Dr. Sodhi for over 3 yrs for eye injections (BRVO). Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Front desk is excellent, staff is caring and Dr. Sodhi cares for the patient's outcome.

I had a great experience, Dr. Glaros did a very thorough exam, was very personable, explained everything in detail and the office staff was efficient.

We came to Wilmer on a recommendation of my previous employer. Our kiddo had Amblyopia and although Wilmer instructed us to patch, we did for a few years compliantly. When he reached 12 they basically said there was nothing more we could do even though he regressed. We attempted numerous times to get contacts as well at three different Wilmer locations and no one could figure out contacts for him. They also DO NOT BELIEVE IN VISION THERAPY. I found a different doctor in Reston and started patching and doing Vision Therapy and guess what...he is now at a 20/20-25 in his amblyopia eye. He was more than legally blind in that eye and he has contacts now too! We are now working on depth perception therapy. Please parents understand patching and vision therapy DO WORK!! I trusted that they knew the best path for my child and although I am grateful for the patching instruction, I wish I was informed how important vision therapy is. I asked them numerous times and even brought literature for them to view and get back to me which they never needed up doing. I am so thankful I pursued vision therapy and treatment elsewhere.

Really wanted to try them, but couldn't get through on the telephone to make an appt. Waited for more than 20 minutes. I need more personal service than this.
