Absolutely love this place. I've tried different Hibachi restaurants. This is my favorite hands down. The food is seasoned well. The drinks are good. Nothing bad to say about this place.

I will never eat at Fuji Hana again! Went there tonight and Kai discovered a dead mouse by his foot. Told the host and he had another employee come sweep it up while everyone was sitting at the grill still eating. Once the manager or owner came over he started rambling about having to call the exterminator and I asked him if he thought it was a good idea to have an employee sweep the mouse up while we were still sitting there and his response was did he say that. He told us we could leave and don’t worry about the bill then asked the other party who was sitting at the grill with us if they were okay or if the wanted to leave. They said they wanted to leave and his response to them was GET OUT! I used to love going there but never again!

Fuji Hana has a great lunch special with good sized portions. You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck here. The habachi can be a bit greasy/salty though and the sushi is overloaded with crab stick. Good for groups and a good deal!

I have not yet to ever dine in. I always order to go.nAlways busy restaurant. This past week when I picked up my order. Item was missing called immediately. Drove back and with no questioning gave me my missing item.nI had taken back an item as well. The manager no questions asked changed it.nWow blown away. Now I know why they stay busy.nGreatly appreciated.

I am a huge fan of hibachi. Fuji Hana is pretty good. I love their fried rice. I am not a fan of their noodles. Definitely a repeat customer.
