We loved this place! Everyone we encountered was super nice and the lady that waited on us was amazingly friendly. If we're ever down that way ever again will most definitely stop and eat again!
I had time to kill. To far to drive anywhere quickly. And was hungry for some good food.nThought Id give this small restaurant atry. Maybe home cooking. I loved it. Food was great and the staff was very friendly. I was really comfortable and needed to kill some time. They welcomed me I sat eating great fish, big portions. Could only eat half. I was stuffed. Price was descent.
Good food, very clearly family run, reasonable pricing, and frankly a perfect stop after a long day of exploring the bayou.nnThe sweet potato fries were everything.
Fish on a bun w/sweet potato fries was terrific, filling and good value. Try if your passing, I'll be back.
Stopped in for a quick bite. Ended up getting the oyster po-boy dressed. Normally I was expecting to feel greasy and feeling heavy in my stomach...NOPE! The oysters were so light feeling and fresh! You could tell its local, fresh seafood! Didn't have all the greasy fryer taste like most places do. I'll be coming back to try the shrimp next!
