Cavender's Western Outfitter

My wife and daughter went in Cavender's Thursday with a gift card she had received for graduation and had been unable to use online. After picking out a pair of pants they tried to check out and were told the gift card was locked. They gave them a number to call and my wife spent over 30 minutes on the phone with multiple people all telling her yes the card is good but a lock is on card due to an attempted on-line order that was never approved or shipped over a month ago and they still wouldn't do anything to unlock the card. This is when the store should have stepped in and helped but they did nothing. Almost 2 hour drive to use a gift card they won't honor so since they don't honor their own cards I didn't buy local today and ordered 4 pair of Wrangler jeans from Amazon at the same price and they will be delivered to my door at no charge and most of all no hassle.

Very friendly staff! Alexia was Amazing found my Blue Tony Lamas I had two pairs ago. These are by far one of my favorite boots to wear.
