Absolutely loved everything! Food and service was excellent! I sat outside with my dog and the waitress even brought water out for my pup! Definitely recommend!!!

I went to this establishment for the first time ever to celebrate a going away. We called ahead of time on a Sunday to dine in a Thursday for around 25 people. Even with advanced warning they were ill prepared. My table placed our orders first and yet one of our people didn’t get her food until after everyone else. I politely spoke with a manger about the situation and was told to get over it because we came at lunch time and that’s our fault. Later today I received a screenshot with a conversation of our servers bf and one of our group where he threatened us for being “mean” to his girl. Unprofessional. Food is ok. Would have liked hot food but never again. Trashy place with trashy workers.

Service wasn’t great. We got refills after waiting 45 for them. It didn’t seem busy. It took forever just to place our order and even longer to receive it. The food was lukewarm. Wings were incredibly dry and over cooked but still weren’t hot. Out of 4 different sauces for the wings and didn’t find out until most of the food was ready. Won’t return to this location. Someone should also paint the men’s room walls. My kids mentioned they were covered in curse words.Not worth the $100+ spent to feed the family.

The wings were overcooked and dried out, they were out of hot sauce which is the base for about half the sauces they have. The wait for anything was terrible. Our server Courtney was not good, it took 45 minutes before we got refills, and she left our food in the window for 10 minutes after it was up under the lamps. I was very disappointed and my family won't be going back. There are better wings at the pizza place down the street. They were also very overpriced.

Quite honestly some of the best boneless wings I've ever had. Restaurant had a good ambiance and service. I'd go back in a heart beat should I ever find myself in Shreveport again.
