Great food, great service.
If i could give a negative number, I would. The most horrible experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Was sat down at 4:58pm. Waiter took our drink order, 2 teas and 2 mixed drinks, about 5 minutes later. Around 5:15 a different waitress came asking for our food. Told her we never got drinks. She took our drink order. 5:27 she came back saying the bartender was behind and they were making fresh tea. She took our food order. At 5:42 we finally got our appetizer. My husband ordered another mixed drink. 5:58 she brings it. 6:06 we finally get our food. My husband ordered a medium rare steak. It was extremely rare. Still no waitress. Finally signal a manger and told him everything. Guess our waitress, think Amber was her name, saw him and came over. He had her redo my husbands steak and he said he would take care of us a little. Took 20 more minutes for his now tough steak to come out. Manager took $20 off our ticket. Waitress came back around and my husband asked for a to go cup for his tea. I went outside 10 minutes later to crank my car. The waitress is outside smoking a cigarette. We finally left. Oh in the almost 2 hours we watched at least 7 groups of people walk out. Terrible service and a horrible waitress. The place wasnt even partly busy. Maybe 10 tables with people at best.
Online to go order - you have to order online, you cannot call the restaurant - thank goodness I always check the order. Ordered chicken wonton tacos, there's only four parts in the item- taco shell, chicken, sauce and slaw.....was missing the Asian slaw. Asked for it, all they had was coleslaw, not Asian slaw.nOrdered dessert - brownie bite with ice cream. Checked it, had a tiny brownie wedge but no ice cream. Asked about ice cream, was told they were out.....huh??nOh, and waited 30 minutes past the time given for order ready time - just to get a totally screwed up order. ud83dudc4e
Business was slow yet we still waited. When we arrived it was 2 customers in restaurant. Food was Not ok. Not worth amount of ticket. Manager was close by but she never came over to interact. Learn steak sizes and how to grill them
The food looked NOTHING like the pictures on the paper they give you to order the food , The queso dip was like soup ( quite liquidy) , the shrimp tasted straight like the sea ( no seasonings really ) and last but NOT least the Honey Chicken Tenders and Mac and Cheese were DISGUSTING.. The manager still tried to make me pay for all of it and I politely gave it back and she still didn't give me the refund I deserved. Like why are you making me pay for something that I BARELY, BARELY touched. Please think twice before coming here.
