We went for my birthday after all the snow stuff had happened and we're surprised to find anything open but very happy ud83dude01 It was my birthday dinner and I was given a gift card to Outback. And we very much wanted to use it after having eaten only what was in the house because we couldn't go shopping because of the snow. We splurged on steak and lobster and all the best they had to offer and it was all incredible. Especially the staff...the service was perfection, it was a very happy birthday indeed.

Went in on a late Wednesday afternoon. The place was quiet and clean and smelled pretty fresh. Order steak and lobster in the weight was a little bit longer than I would expect it especially with the amount of people that was there which wasn't a lot. The steak and fries were good but my lobster was already at room temperature once it was delivered. Still I've give this place a possible grade.

2nd attempt, FYI Medium Rare is 145 Degrees to every Chef on the planet. With an empty parking lot we were the 3rd table in the restaurant. Service was very slow and unprofessional, the hostess was playing on her phone, it took 15 minutes for the server to bring us our drinks. Ordered a MEDIUM RARE $30.00 STEAK. I was served a RAW steak, then the Manager argued with me, this location needs to be closed.n1st attempt. Got my entire order wrong. I was going to pay extra for asparagus and shrimp. Never saw my shrimp, and my $23.00 steak looked like beef jerky. They burnt the first blooming onion so it took forever for our appetizer. They offered to cook another but for $100.00 ticket, needs to right the first time.

The service was very slow,food was over spiced with black pepper, I have had grilled chicken in several different Outback Steakhouse it was never covered in black pepper. I asked them to remake it with no pepper,it took over 45minutes the people we were dining with were finished eating,had already paid for the meal,I asked for them to just put it in a go box,it took another twenty minutes after I was told it was ready just to get the go box. Maybe it was just a off day but I will be thinking long and hard before I eat at this Outback again.

My wife and I went here last Saturday evening. Not busy, they were practicing social distancing. My wife had to ask about her side dish, steamed vegetables. They were for the most part still raw, and I never got my shrimp with my steak. Which was barely warm at best. Seems to me Outback has kinda fallen off. Sweet potato was the saving grace. We both had that.
