I was referred to Susan Hunter that work as a Mortgage lending officer from HOME. Poor Communication. Unethical. Not displaying professionalism. I have reached out to her over 5 times through voicemail, text & email. She lied as if she would text me her info to send over documents as well as call once from vacation. I finally realize I work to hard to run behind anyone. The upsetting part she took no time putting a hard inquiry on my credit report. I would not recommend this bank or Loan Officer. The person that referred me encourage me to continueously reach out only for Susan to cut off all communication and still not respond 3 weeks later.

Great staff. They know me even by my voice on the phone, they’ll already have my account pulled up before I get to the counter. Always go above and beyond

Great bank!!! The staff is absolutely amazing. I've been banking with them since they bought OIB. They have been even better than I expected. If you want to bank with friendly staff that treat you like family go here. I walk in and they all know me by name.
