Very unprofessional, greedy and shady; definitely don't trust them with your finances of any type!

Since my wife always does our banking needs I had to deposit part of a check. I had the slip all messed up but Mrs Alissa had enough knowledge and patience to help me all the way from the teller to the drive threw! This bank is awesome

I think that they are great. Never had or seen any issues with the tellers. They do what I ask and I appreciate it.

Every associate is very professional and polite.nCarlin and Beau are the go to when you need any type of banking needs.nThey go above and beyond in everything they do.

I went today around 11:43am to Gibsland Bank and Trust post office and the clerk MaJohnson was extremely rude she had this voice tone and not only that I gave my credit card on her hand and when she returned it she threw it at me on the counter. I have to say what a great customer service right there!! First and last time I'll go to that place!
