Pretty good, but not talkative to explain things

i love their litter refill section. it’s really the only reason i go petco. :)

I would have given your store a perfect score however it does seem to be a repeated occurrence that you don't always have everything that's listed for sale. This is the third experience I've had where I've ordered cat food that was listed online and you were out. But other than that everything is good!

We got our first guinea pig the other day. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. We even called a few days later with care questions and they were so happy to help!

I got a great deal on the dog food I was looking for, with a bonus discount to order online and pick up in store. So that normally would have been a 5 out of 5. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I told them my name and the associate went and pushed over an overloaded cart (eight 45 pound bags of dog food) and then walked away. He didn't ask if I needed anything else or if I needed help out. Another shopper ended up helping me get my cart out to my SUV. Great deal, good supply of on hand foods, but overall lackluster customer service.
