I never really leave reviews good or bad but my experience here was a very good one. Everyone in the emergency department made me feel welcome. They were so nice and moved very efficiently. They made me feel like they actually cared. Their goal is to provide with very good care and that’s exactly what they did. Special shout-out to the Physician Roseann and Nurse Tracy! They were literally my angels. I highly recommend this hospital.
Came to this hospital to have an EKG done and spent about 20 min just waiting on the lady who works the EKG desk to come back to her desk and get my paperwork. It took a nurse who just happened to be passing by to go in the back to let her know that I was waiting at the desk. Then when she came to the desk she didn’t speak or anything she just took the paperwork and and entered it into the system. After about 10 min I was called back and she performed the test. During the test she didn’t talk or anything. She just came off unfriendly and rude. I felt like I was bothering her or something. Fast forward a few days later my physician who ordered the test called me and informed me that he still hadn’t received my test. I called for 3 days at different times but couldn’t get anyone to answer in that area. I had to take off work and go there. This time there was a guy at the desk. He was so nice. He pulled me up in the system and faxed it right then. He was really sweet and apologetic about the lady not doing it. She definitely need to be retrained or something.
The wait was not long at all and everyone that I encountered that worked there was very friendly.... I will definitely go back if I have an emergency.....
My four surgeries and stays at Piedmont Henry have exceeded my expectations. Staff and facilities were first class. Some people are just haters and will criticize everything if their experience is not like Six Flags but I have nothing but high compliments for Piedmont Henry Hospital. Very pleasant experiences for me! Count on me for my highest recommendation of Piedmont Henry Hospital.
I give them a 1 because their is a building here. The ER is by far the worst place you could go for treatment. Luckily I was only here to get blood work results. I have been sitting here for over six hours. At least 50 plus people have gone and got checked out and they came in after me. I was also here in January and waited over six hours. I would say much worse but shouldn't put it in print.
