STOP HIRING ALL THESE YOUNG KIDS! They don’t work diligently AT ALL I literally walked right out the store because the guy helping me not only instead of him finishing up with me he’s helping someone else then I go to the register instead of him getting my stuff to the cashier he’s standing there conversing with his co-worker taking his sweet little time. Like am I standing here waiting to get about my business apparently not.
I Went there to buy a pair of Peach Jordan 1 mid sneakers for my daughter. The employee told me they didn’t have her size. A few minutes later her friends came in and she found them the exact same size that she told me was out of stock. I went to the manager and she went to back and found sneakers for my daughter plus another customer who was lied to as well. Apparently this employee was holding back the Jordan sneakers for her little friends. She should be fired!
Walked into a nearly empty store and there were two associates at the entrance, both of them looked right into my eyes, and did not speak or acknowledge my entrance. I was not helped until Kevin came from the back to assist me, if it wasn’t for him I would have left and went across to Foot Locker. The female employees here can really use some more customer service training.
Found the perfect pair of Jordan's for my fit! And at a great price to boot!
Had the worst experience at Jd Sports. The supervisor there she is very rude and she gives an attitude to everyone. I recommend not coming to this store to shop because she is not a very nice person.
