Where in the store today to try to exchange something without a receipt staff told me I could not do it because whoever brought my Christmas item did not have their number or email listed in the computer system. Didn’t know you had to be a member to purchase something in the store. All I wanted to do is exchange my item. Staff gave me a hard time. Will never buy anything from the store. Call the customer service line and they told me I should’ve been able to exchange my item without a receipt. Buford staff needs a little bit better training and friendliness.
Overall experience buying school clothes for my 12 year old son was positive. Couple of the sales staff seemed young and shy and reluctant to respond to my questions. One young lady was great and remembered us from our previous visit and was very helpful and responsive. I asked another a simple question and she didn't even make eye contact and just rudely walked off. Nonetheless my son loves the clothes so we made the $307.00 purchase.
Good place for children's clothes not a abundance of boys clothes, my daughter purchased school clothes for my grandson great sales and discounts!

I'm so obsessed with the store, I wish these were easier to find in Florida. The quality of clothing they have is excellent! So many cute things to choose from.
