Great selection, but pricing is beyond ridiculous!
Nice clean store and attentive staff, however the prices they charge for adopting a pet border on the absurd. I would recommend doing yourself and future pet a favor and either adopt from a shelter or local breeder instead of paying the prices they ask. Use the money saved to make a better home for your pet. As an example of pricing the puppy we looked at was $6300 compared to a local breeder for the same breed at $1200-$2000.
Great place to find a puppy. But as far as prices go...if you're trying to save you're better off going somewhere where they sell your breed to be more affordable. The prices are really high for the dog I want and I'm surprised. But the service is good and you can also go there if you want pet advice.
My family and I went to the Mall of Georgia just to see the puppies. We live pretty far from that mall but Yanna made the experience worth the drive. She was very pleasant and was always smiling. She was very patient with us when we asked to play with numerous dogs. She was very informative and knew her stuff whenever we asked questions. I'd say she made the experience very enjoyable!!!!!!!! :)
Went here to find a puppy for my grandmother who lives alone. Not going to lie, was nervous about buying a puppy from a mall pet store. But Young, the gentleman that helped me out was so professional and really helped me understand the process to purchase a puppy from Petland. We walked out with an adorable female dachshund that my grandmother absolutely adores. Thank you Young for making this a stress free and enjoyable experience.
