I prefer this Petco over the PetSmart down the street any day. I always feel welcome when coming here. The variety of products is amazing, I’ll never walk out empty handed. Their animals are seemingly healthy. The employees are so sweet and make each and every visit enjoyable. I’ve purchased many fish from here and they accommodated so quickly. They’re all just as healthy as when I brought them home. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough great things about Ashley in grooming. She is kind, gentle and caring when it comes to my Bella. I see her interact with other dogs as well and she is the same with them. Absolutely the best Groomer ever!
Great Store. I came in for dog food. I ended up buying a new fish for my fish tank. And some tank supplies as well. As I was checking out, I had a great conversation with the cashier about getting my dog's nails clipped there. And the cashier was great, giving me a pamphlet on Benfield animal services.
The store was clean and very well stocked. We were abale to find what we were looking for quickly. There was a bit of a line to checkout but they called up another cashier to help and everything went smoothly.
My last visit was absolutely the worst. Never again. I strongly suggest you go anywhere but here for your pets needs. There is alot more to good customer service then a greeting when you walk in. Not to mention they stopped exchanging items so make 100% sure the item you select fits, works etc.
